These terms are between you and Michael van Diermen (ABN 28 338 008 901), owner and operator of budgetcpanels.com.au — referred to below as “we” and “us”.

The service

We provide cPanel web hosting, email and domain name services. We look after the servers and keep your site online. We aim for maximum uptime but, like every host, we can’t promise zero interruptions — maintenance and faults happen, and we fix them as fast as we can.

Fair use

Host anything lawful. We don’t allow spam, malware, phishing, pirated content or anything illegal, and we may suspend an account that puts other customers on the server at risk. We’ll always try to contact you first.

Your side

• Keep your login details safe and your contact email current.
• Keep your own website software (WordPress, plugins, shopping carts) updated, unless we manage that for you.
• Keep your own copy of anything important. We run daily backups and will restore on request, but backups are a safety net, not a substitute for your own copies.

Payments & renewals

Hosting and domains are billed in advance, and we’ll invoice you by email before renewal. If an invoice goes unpaid we’ll remind you before anything is suspended. Domain names are registered in your name and must be renewed before their expiry date — expired domains can be expensive or impossible to recover.

Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Our refund policy applies to purchases, and Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply on top of anything written here.

Liability

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
