Your website and emails are backed up every day, automatically, with around a month of daily backups kept at any time. If something goes wrong — a bad update, a hack, an accidental delete — tell us and we restore it. Files, databases and email can be restored individually, so fixing one broken thing doesn’t mean rolling back everything.

On the security side, our servers run automated system updates plus multiple layers of protection: mod_security rulesets, ingress and egress firewalls, and per-account process isolation so one compromised site can’t touch another. Every site hosted with us also gets a free SSL certificate, installed and renewed automatically.

The honest fine print: backups are a safety net, not an archive. If you delete something and don’t notice for two months, it may be gone from our backups too — so keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable, and tell us about problems as soon as you spot them.
